Abstract:

To provide a method for repairing an electrostatic precipitator which enables a dry dust collecting electrode to be efficiently and safely repaired and is excellent in economical efficiency.SOLUTION: There is provided the method for repairing a dry electrostatic precipitator 10 in which a dust collecting electrode 1 is configured by joining a plurality of dust collecting plates 11 together in a horizontal direction with both sides supported by a dust collecting electrode frame 12, the method includes: a cutting range determination step of determining, with respect of each dust collecting plate 11, a cutting range being a partial range closer to the bottom edge; a cutting step of cutting and removing, with respect to a plurality of dust collecting plates 11, the cutting range; and a joining step of joining a conductive dust collecting repairing plate 112 with the same shape as the cutting range to the dust collecting electrode frame 12 that supports the dust collecting plate 11 from which the cutting range is cut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
