Abstract:
To provide a method for repairing a chamber oven type coke oven which reduces a heat dissipation amount from an exposed surface accompanied by disassembling of a brick also in an upper part of a residual brick in a non-repair portion of a repaired combustion chamber, and can suppress a temperature drop from the upper part to the lower part of the residual brick.SOLUTION: A method for repairing a chamber oven type coke oven includes: a brick disassembling step of disassembling a furnace wall brick 21 and a partition brick 22 to be repaired; a first new brick erecting step of erecting a first new brick B1 for one flue on an exposed surface accompanied by disassembling of a brick of a residual brick A in a non-repair portion that is disassembled and remains; a heat insulating member sticking step of sticking a heat insulating member 40 to the exposed surface of the first new brick B1 for one flue erected in the first erecting step; and a second new brick erecting step of erecting a second new brick B2 in the residual repair range while removing the heat insulating member 40 from the lower part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
