Abstract:
To simplify the structure of a station and to miniaturize the station, to shorten the down time of a mobile robot, and to secure the time in which the mobile robot actually works, in a mobile robot system.SOLUTION: A mobile robot includes a robot power control part, a movement part, a working part, and a control part. The movement part has a function of moving the mobile robot. The working part has a function of performing predetermined work. The control part performs calculation for controlling the operation of at least the movement part and the working part, and outputs control command to each of the movement part and the working part. The robot power control part has a storage part for detachable type rechargeable battery, and a detachable type rechargeable battery stored in the storage part supplies power to the movement part and the working part. The predetermined work includes battery replacement work in which the detachable type rechargeable battery stored in the storage part is removed from the storage part, and another detachable type rechargeable battery from the outside is mounted on the storage part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3B
