To provide an on-vehicle weighing apparatus for accurately weighing a container including a content, suppressing a rattling of the container while a vehicle runs and inexpensively manufactured.
The on-vehicle weighing apparatus is provided with a lateral movement regulaing and fastening apparatus 20 for regulating a lateral movement of a tank 3 to a vehicle frame 5 while tightly fastening them to each other. The tank 3 is always supported by a load cell 7. When the tank 3 is weighed, the tank 3 is released from the fastened vehicle frame 5, and the lateral movement of the tank 3 is released from a regulation. When the vehicle runs, the lateral movement of the tank 3 to the vehicle frame 5 is regulated, and the rattling of the tank 3 is suppressed at the minimum. When the tank 3 is weighed, the tank 3 can be accurately weighed even if there is a deformation of the vehicle frame 5 due to a torsion or its distortion due to a thermal expansion.
