Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, for disposing of a fluidized bed boiler ash, which can make effective use of fluidized bed boiler ash and remove mercury from exhaust gas simultaneously.SOLUTION: A fluidized bed boiler ash disposer 1 comprises a dust collection device 3 which recovers boiler ash (fly ash) FA from exhaust gas G1 of a fluidized bed boiler 2 burning coal C, a slurry making means which makes slurry S1 by adding water W to a boiler ash recovered by the dust collection device 3 and a wet scrubber 5 which cleans exhaust gas G3 of the dust collection device 3 while adding the slurry S1 created by the slurry making means to the exhaust gas G3. In addition, a floatation machine 8 capable of separating the slurry S2 discharged from the wet scrubber 5 into gypsum GY and ash contents UC, Hg, etc. other than gypsum GY, can be provided. The gypsum GY obtained by separation using a floatation method can be used as a mixing material for cement and the other ash contents can be discarded. The calcium content CA can be added to the exhaust gas G3 of the dust collection device, and then the exhaust gas can be wet cleaned. After that, the residual SOin the exhaust gas G3 of a boiler can be desulfurized.
