Abstract:
To provide a frame mold for a vertical construction joint of concrete capable of discharging air bubbles or bleeding water reliably in installing of the concrete while improving the adhesive strength of the vertical construction joint to obtain sufficient strength.SOLUTION: A method of processing a vertical construction joint of concrete comprises: a first process of installing a frame mold 6 for the vertical construction joint at a partition position of preceding concrete installation space, wherein the frame mold 6 for the vertical construction joint is formed by adhering a frame mold material 1 to a concrete installation surface side of a frame mold plate 5, wherein the frame mold material 1 has a sheet material 2 including a number of convex projections 3 in a regular array with pores 3a formed therein, the other surface side of the sheet material 2 including a non-woven fabric 4 adhered thereto in a planar shape; a second process of installing the concrete; a third process of removing the frame mold 6 for the vertical construction joint after the concrete is cured; a fourth process of spraying an epoxy-based adhesive 10 after spraying an impregnation type epoxy resin-based primer 9 on a surface of the vertical construction joint of the concrete; and a fifth process of installing a new frame mold 6 at the partition position of a following concrete installation space and installing the concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
