This pressure-sensitive adhesive film or sheet is provided with an adhesive layer containing: an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having 7.5-20 mass% inclusive of contained vinyl acetate; and a tackifier having a hydrogenation rate of at least 50% and less than 90%.
