Abstract:
To provide a washing method for a dewatering cake in which washing water containing fine bubbles is supplied and the water in the sludge is replaced with the washing water containing fine bubbles after dewatering the sludge in a solid-liquid separation device 4.SOLUTION: By mixing micro bubbles generated by a micro bubble generator 6 into washing water and supplying the washing water containing the micro bubbles to a dewatering cake, the property of the negatively charged micro bubbles to adsorb onto positively charged substances can be utilized, and the micro bubbles occupy a space between the sludge particles, thereby reducing the water content during a washing process. The sludge particles occupied by the micro bubbles become a drainage channel for filtrate, improving the dewatering effect in secondary dewatering of the latter process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
