Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance connection strength of a wheel and a hub by being formed in one piece with the wheel and the hub of a wheel assembly supported on a wheel support shaft of a hand push type trolley and at the same time to minimize the number of components of the wheel of the wheel assembly in such a condition that the hub is formed in one piece therewith.SOLUTION: In a wheel W of a wheel assembly K which is supported on a wheel support shaft 34 of the hand push type trolley in a rotatable manner, the wheel W is composed of a pair of wheel elements Wa with identical shape, and each of the wheel elements Wa is integrally formed with a drum part element Da and a hub part element Ha by press-forming, and a hub part H to which each of the hub part elements Ha is connected and disposed is configured so as to be formed in one piece with the wheel W by one of the wheel elements Wa with the identical shape being horizontally flipped and by each of the drum part elements Da arranged back-to-back being integrally formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
