To provide a stronger hub for a man-powered vehicle.SOLUTION: A hub for a man-powered vehicle comprises: a shaft member; and a rotary body provided coaxially with the shaft member so as to rotate relative to the shaft member. The shaft member has a minimum inner diameter and a maximum outer diameter. The minimum inner diameter is set 4.5-5.5 mm, and the maximum outer diameter is set in a range of 230% or more with respect to the minimum inner diameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
