To impede a plastic reset in a caulking part at rotational operation time so that relieving of a pre-load can be prevented, though providing a form imparting the pre-load to a bearing by caulking the end of a shaft part of a hub wheel.
A counter bore side of an inner ring 21 of a double row angular contact ball bearing with vertex of contact angles outside of bearing 2 externally fit mounted in the end of a shaft part 12 of a hub wheel 1 is formed as a structure easily deflected according to caulking action relating to the end of the shaft part 12 of the hub wheel 1, so as to give a pre-load to the bearing 2 by compression reaction force of this deflection. In this way, a part deflected according to caulking in the inner ring 21 absorbs an axial load applied to the inner ring 21 according to rotational operation, and a relief load is damped to be transmitted relating to a caulking part 3 from the inner ring 21, so as to make a plastic reset difficult in the caulking part 3.
