To provide a hub unit capable of preventing leakage of water or the like at a spline joint part and obtaining high reliability without any danger of fall members performing sealing.
The hub unit 11 is provided with a hub wheel 12 and a bearing 14 rotatably supporting a hub wheel 12 on a suspension device. A constant velocity universal joint 13 for transmitting the power of a drive shaft 34 to the hub is provided. A first inner ring 20 is provided on the hub wheel 12, and a second inner ring 22 is provided on the constant velocity universal joint 13. A shaft part 30 formed on the second inner ring 22 is fitted to and coupled with a spline a connection hole 29 formed on the first inner ring 20. The shaft end of a shaft part 30 is caulked on the first inner ring 20. In the hub unit 11, a part between the shaft part 30 coupled with the spline and the inner peripheral face of the connection hole 29 is filled with an adhesive 40.
