Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a housing elevator and a construction method thereof wherein the cost of construction can be decreased by performing building work of a steel tower of the elevator simultaneously progressively with assembly work of each story of a building so as to shorten labor hours and a term of works.
CONSTITUTION: A box-shaped steel tower 6 is provided so as to vertically pass through stories 2, 3 of a building 1, and various equipments of lift cage 7 or the like are supported to this steel tower 6. The steel tower 6 is divided into a plurality of steel tower units 6a, 6b for each story 2, 3 and made connectable in each story 2, 3. In the case of execution, the building 1 is divided into a plurality of building units 4, 5 for each story 2, 3, to previously build the steel tower units 6a, 6b in these building units 4, 5, and in a building site, the steel tower units 6a, 6b are vertically connected with the building units 4, 5.
