PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hull abnormal inclination restoration processing in which an abnormally inclined hull is restored by transferring ballast water.SOLUTION: A hull abnormal inclination restoration system includes: a calculation unit 11 for calculating a heel moment in a plurality of water transfer patterns formed by combining a plurality of water transfer destinations of water transfer sources, respectively; a water transfer pattern determination unit 12 for determining a first water transfer pattern related to a maximum heel moment among calculated heel moments, and a second water transfer pattern serving as a maximum heel moment in the water transfer pattern other than the water transfer pattern including a ballast tank serving as the water transfer destination or the water transfer source related to the first water transfer pattern; a control unit 13 for establishing a water transfer route from the water transfer source to the water transfer destination on the basis of each determined water transfer pattern; and a sensor for detecting the inclination of the hull. The control unit opens an on-off valve 4 of a connecting pipe for connecting the water transfer source of the first water transfer pattern with the water transfer destination thereof, when the inclination detected by the sensor 6 is larger than a first water transfer start angle.
