PURPOSE: To secure such a bipolar gravity boat that is filed by spin rotational energy produced by two toroidal power coils, by setting up a magnetic column in the center of a hull (iron core) formed into such a form as two bowls being opposed in one, while setting up these toroidal power coil in both upper and lower parts of the hull.
CONSTITUTION: Preparing for two toroidal power coils 1, these coils 1 are set up in both upper and lower parts of an iron core 3 constituting a hull in such a form as varying a tilt angle by means of parts of circular and bowl form or the like. And, an electron is made to flow out by these torodidal power coils 1, and it is propagated to the iron core 3 from a magnetic column 2 set up in the center of an antigravity engine, whereby it is moved in the circumferential sirection according to frequency and a line of magnetic core 5 to an electric field operating rotary plane of these toroidal power coils 1 is tilted at a circumferential part where antigravity is produced. With this constitution, spin rotation energy is secure, thereby flying a bipolar gravity boat.
