Abstract:
To provide a hull vibration reducing device for reducing the vibration of a hull when a bursting phenomenon occurs, and a ship therewith.
The hull vibration reducing device 10 for reducing the vibration of the hull caused by pressure fluctuation in the sea generated by the rotation of a propeller 12 provided on a stern 11 of the ship is provided above the propeller 12 at the bow side for creating a bubble layer having a preset-thickness enough to absorb the preset-width pressure fluctuation between the propeller 12 and a bottom shell plate 13 located above the propeller 12.
