A hull vibration reducing device has a first tank 11 located above a screw propeller and arranged in a hull forming a stern part, an opening 31 penetrating through a bottom face 26 of the first tank 11 in a plate thickness direction and communicating the inside of the first time 11 and the outside of a ship, a first valve 32 arranged in the opening 31 and opening and closing the opening 31, and an air pipe 12 communicating the upper part of a space formed inside the first of tank 11 and an opening 42 located above an upper face 25 forming the first tank 11 and arranged so as to penetrate a hull outer plate 6b forming a gunwale side of the hull in the plate thickness direction.
