Abstract:
To provide a hulling apparatus which can improve a hulling rate of unhulled rice.SOLUTION: A hulling apparatus includes a cam shaft 66 rotated accompanying deviation of a second link 65, and a cam 67 mounted on the cam shaft 66, and accordingly the cam 67 is rotated around the cam shaft 66 by power transmitted through the second link 65 from a movable roll 20b (swing arm 16). An angle of a chute 14 is adjusted so that the tip of the chute 14 is directed to hulling regions A and B by rotation of the cam 67 contacting a back face 14c of the chute 14. Thereby, the angle of the chute 14 can be finely adjusted by adjusting a mounting angle of the cam 67 to the cam shaft 66, and adjusting a shape of the cam 67. Namely, the chute 14 can be finely adjusted to such an angle that unhulled rice is likely to be supplied to the hulling regions A and B between a fixed roll 20a and a movable roll 20b, which can improve a hulling rate of the unhulled rice.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
