Abstract:
To provide hAFC1 polypeptide and polynucleotide, to provide a method for producing the hAFC1 polypeptide by a recombinant technique, and to use the polypeptide and polynucleotide in the treatment and diagnostic assay of diseases.
The polynucleotide comprises a nucleotide sequence that has at least 70% identity over its entire length to a nucleotide sequence encoding the hAFC1 polypeptide of the sequence No.2 (see the specification) and encodes a polypeptide having the activity of the hAFC1 polypeptide, or that has a nucleotide sequence complementary to the nucleotide sequence.
