Abstract:
To provide an isolated human monoclonal antibody specifically linked to IL-15 (for example, human IL-15) and a composition and a molecule of the relating antibody base.
The human antibody can be produced in a transfectoma or in a non-human transgenic animal such as a transgenic mouse which can produce a plurality of isotypes of human monoclonal antibodies by undergoing V-D-J recombination and isotype switching. Further, a medicinal composition containing the human antibody, a non-human transgenic animal and a hybridoma that produce the human antibody as well as a treatment method and diagnosis method using the human antibody are also disclosed.
