Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body detector and a bed provided therewith capable of more surely detecting a sick person or a care requiring person on the bed without giving any incompatibility or adverse effects in health to the person.
SOLUTION: An impulse radar for transmitting impulse-like electromagnetic waves and receiving reflected waves from a human body is used and the human body is detected from the state of the reflected waves.
