Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect human body relatively moving outside a car in detected objects with a device loaded in a vehicle and the like.
SOLUTION: With the detector of the invention, external air temperature is measured with an external temperature meter 20, temperature distribution is detected with a two-dimensional temperature distribution detector 30, the azimuth and distance of a detected body is measured with an azimuth and distance meter 10, a human body temperature range is determined with an operation part 40 based on human body temperature range data base, a human body temperature distribution within the human body temperature range is identified based on the human body temperature range data base, an actual area of the human body temperature distribution is operated from the azimuth and distance of the human body temperature distribution and the area of the human body temperature distribution and in the case this actual area is within the human body actual area range based on the human body actual area data base and the operated shape and the human body shape data base have a correlation, the human body temperature distribution is judged as a human body.
