Abstract:

To provide a new human coagulation factor VIIa polypeptide having a blood coagulation activity; and a polynucleotide construct encoding the polypeptide; a vector and a host cell containing and expressing the polynucleotide; a pharmaceutical composition; use and a method for treatment.

The coagulation factor VIIa polypeptide includes one or more substitutions in comparison with wild type amino acid sequences, expresses a function increased in in-vivo half-life in comparison with human wild types, and increases in durability against inactivation due to endogenous inhibitors.
