Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60207580
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To titled cell strain derived by artificial variation of human malignant T-cell, capable of multiplying ≥5 times as many number of cell as that at the beginning of cultivation when it is cultivated in a specific medium in the presence of air containing a carbonic acid gas in a specific condition.

CONSTITUTION: A human malignant T-cell strain capable of multiplying ≥5 times as many number of cells as that at the beginning of cultivation when it is cultivated in a medium comprising 5wt% bovine fetal serum and a composition except the bovine fetal serum equal to that of medium RPMI-1640 in the presence of air containing 5vol% carbonic acid gas at 37°C for 4 days is derived from a human malignant T-cell capable of producing interleukin 2 (IL-2 for short) by artificial variation. All the derived human malignant T-cell strains have high human IL-2 preparation ability.
