Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide human monoclonal antibody against human epidermal cell growth factor receptor (EGF-r) to treat solid cancer by antibody therapy.SOLUTION: Provided are fully human monoclonal antibodies against human epidermal cell growth factor receptor (EGF-r). Also provided are nucleotide sequences encoding heavy and light chain immunoglobulin molecules, amino acid sequences including the globulin molecule, particularly sequences corresponding to contiguous heavy chain and light chain sequences from CDR1 through CDR3. Also provided are such immunoglobulin molecules, hybridomas expressing such immunoglobulins and monoclonal antibodies.
