To provide a technique related to a human resources supply optimization method that selects, regarding a target project, human resources with necessary skills when required and by a necessary number of person, and also selects a human resource who can manage, in a company organization including the project, the human resource with the necessary skills, thereby smoothly performing the business development by the company organization including the early startup of the project.
