Abstract:
To provide a humectant that retains moisture well, has low skin irritation, and has no stickiness, and exhibits better moisture retention performance than that of conventional polyhydric alcohols, is quickly dried in or after washing, and gives antibacterial/antiviral action and sufficient moisture and water retention effect, the humectant to be blended in photocatalysts and aphotic catalysts or antiseptic solutions.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a humectant for photocatalysts and aphotic catalysts or antiseptic solutions. The humectant is prepared by blending a moisture retention liquid with a cellulose polymer fiber, and then mixing the resultant matter with a photocatalyst or an aphotic catalyst component liquid or with an antiseptic solution, resulting in antibacterial and antiviral actions as well as quick dry only by rubbing the hands together and excellent moisture and water retention.SELECTED DRAWING: None
