To provide a humidified incinerated ash melting furnace with easy miniaturization and a high degree of freedom in design of a shape and size, which can be inexpensively operated.
The humidified incinerated ash melting furnace 10 is provided with a cylinder vertical type primary melting furnace 12 for drying humidified incinerated ash and carrying out primary melting, a cylinder vertical type secondary melting furnace 14 for carrying out secondary melting of a primary molten object produced in the primary melting furnace 12, and a cooling water tank 16 for shredding, cooling, and solidifying a secondary molten object produced by the secondary melting furnace 14 by high pressure water. The primary melting furnace 12 has a raw material hopper 22, a heating burner 23 for heating and drying the humidified incinerated ash, and a primary melting burner 24 for carrying out primary melting of dried incinerated ash. The secondary melting furnace 14 has a crucible for receiving the primary molten object delivered from the primary melting furnace 12, and a secondary melting burner 33 for carrying out complete melting of the primary molten object in the crucible 32.
