PURPOSE: To increase a volume of evaporation generated from a filter in the humidifier and improve an efficiency of humidification by a method wherein a suction port is installed at a plane oppositely facing to the upper surface (high temperature part) of a hot air type heater, i.e. a bottom part thereof in a humidifier which is installed at the upper surface of the hot air type heating machine.

CONSTITUTION: When the heating machine 1 is operated, hot air is blown out from the hot air blowing port 2, a temperature in the chamber is increased and as the increase of temperature is found, a humidity will be decreased. At this time, when the power supply for the main body 6 of the humidifier is turned on, the motor 12 starts to rotate and along with this rotation both the air blowing fan 17 and the pump 18 are also rotated. Room air may be suctioned by a blowing fan at the air blow port 25 provided in the base 9, the air is contacted with a high temperature at the upper surface 5 of the outer frame in the heating machine 1, so that the air temperature is increased. The hot air is passed through the water immersed filter 20 by a pump 18 and humidified, then discharged into the room from the discharge port 15 as a humidified hot air.
