Abstract:
To prevent deterioration of capacity of a device due to heat of adsorption in a humidity controller 1 using warm water to regenerate adsorbent.
Adsorption and cooling elements 51, 52 having a cooling passage 56 in which a third air RA for use as cooling to remove or reduce heat of adsorption flows as well as a humidity control passage 55 in which a first air OA for use as adsorption or a second air RA for use as regeneration flows are installed in the humidity controller 1 using warm water as a heating source for the regeneration.
