To provide a humidity controller capable of increasing the dehumidifying and humidifying capacity irrespective of the state of air taken into the humidity controller.
Two adsorption elements (81, 82) are provided with the humidity controller. Humidity control side passages (85) and cooling side passages (86) are formed in each adsorption element (81, 82). This humidity controller repeats the performance which dehumidifies the first air with the first adsorption element (81) and regenerates the second adsorption element (82) with the second air and the performance which dehumidifies the first air with the second adsorption element (82) and regenerates the first adsorption element (81) with the second air, alternately. A sensible heat exchanger (110) is provided with the humidity controller. The sensible heat exchanger (110) cools cooling air by heat exchanging the cooling air with the first air. The cooling air cooled by the sensible heat exchanger (110) is fed into the cooling side passages (86) of the adsorption elements (81, 82).
