To provide a method, etc., with which it is possible to acquire the moisture content of concrete at a plurality of relative humidities in a short period at a time using one device.SOLUTION: The present invention includes a housing 11, the housing being constituted to allow the formation of a side wall 12, a closure part 14 having an opening 13 formed at one longitudinal end of the side wall and formed at the other longitudinal end of the side wall, a space part 15 situated between the opening to the closure part and enclosed by the inner wall surface of the side wall and the closure part, a plurality of first arrangement parts 16 in which a test piece of cementitious cured body is arranged, and a second arrangement part 17 in which a moisture releasing or a moisture absorbing agent is arranged. On the inner wall surface is formed an installation part in which a humidity measurer for measuring the humidity in a space partitioned by the test piece arranged in the first arrangement part can be installed, with the second arrangement part provided closer to the other end side than the first arrangement part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
