Abstract:

To suppress viscosity reduction of eye drops containing hyaluronic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, preferably viscosity reduction due to lapse of time.SOLUTION: The problem of viscosity reduction of hyaluronic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is solved by combining citric acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and propylene glycol, and furthermore boric acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
