Abstract:
To provide a new safe hyaluronidase activity inhibitor or cosmetic composition.
The hyaluronidase activity inhibitor or cosmetic composition contains an extract of one or more vegetables selected from Kokemomo (Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.) and Tarayou (Ilexlatifolia Thunb.). The composition has hyaluronidase activity inhibiting action and is effective for improving the springiness, luster, crease and sag of the skin and ameliorating inflammatory skin diseases such as eczema, itchiness and roughened skin. Accordingly, the composition is effective for preventing the aging or inflammation of the skin.
