PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more appropriately balance temperature rises in a motor and an inverter and improvement in travel performance when an accelerator opening degree is equal to or more than a given opening degree and a vehicle speed is equal to or less than a give vehicle speed (including 0).SOLUTION: In a case where a condition (a replacement condition) of a motor temperature tm2, an inverter temperature ti2, and a battery charging ratio SOC in accordance with a vehicular state (such as a shift position SP, and whether in a travel-in-evacuation) is established (S130, S150, S210), a motor torque limit Tm2lim is set in accordance with the vehicular state (S140, S170, S180, S220), and an excess amount of motor torque (drive torque relative to the torque limit Tm2lim is replaced with torque of a brake device (S190, S230).
