To provide a hybrid car controller for improving energy efficiency by accurately executing the charging of a battery.
A hybrid car travels by using one or both of an engine 10 and a motor generator 11 as a power source. A hybrid ECU 24 acquires information relating to traveling conditions on a scheduled traveling path on which a vehicle is supposed to travel by using a navigation system. The hybrid ECU 24 operates the trial calculation of the amounts of operation of the engine 10 and the motor generator 11 by operating the division setting of the scheduled traveling path into a plurality of paths for each slope identical block having uniform inclination, and calculating traveling energy based on the traveling conditions of the acquired scheduled traveling path, and controls the charging amounts of a battery 13. Then, the hybrid ECU 24 repeatedly executes traveling condition acquisition processing and the control of the charging amounts of the battery 13 for each slope identical block.
