Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an estimation chance for deterioration state of a full charge capacity of a battery.SOLUTION: A hybrid vehicle estimates a deterioration state Ds of a full charge capacity Sfull of a battery when an absolute value of a current Ib of the battery is equal to or less than a threshold value Ibref (S120, S130). The hybrid vehicle, when the absolute value of the current Ib of the battery is greater than the threshold value Ibref over a predetermined time period (S170, S190), the engine and two motors are controlled so that a request power of an input shaft of a transmission is output from the engine as well as a request torque of the input shaft is output to the input shaft, and the transmission is controlled so that the transmission will be down-shifted to a lowest speed stage (S200).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
