PURPOSE: To make a hybrid coupler small, to attain a thin profile and to facilitate the manufacture with respect to the hybrid coupler.
CONSTITUTION: Two signal line conductors 4, 5 are set on one and the same high dielectric layer 8-3 at a prescribed interval, both sides of the signal line conductors 4, 5 (both sides in the laminated direction) are inserted between high dielectric layers 8-2, 8-3, the one side or both sides are inserted between low dielectric layers 7-1, 7-4 and a GND electrode 2 is set to the one side or both sides. Furthermore, the two signal line conductors 4, 5 are set opposite to each other in the lamination direction and set onto the different dielectric layers 8-3, 8-5, both sides of the signal line conductors 4, 5 are inserted among the high dielectric layers 8-2-8-5 to form a lamination structure of the high dielectric bodies and both sides of the laminated structure are inserted between the low dielectric layers 7-1, 7-4 and both sides (both side in laminated direction) are inserted between the GND electrodes 2.
