To provide a hybrid drive device capable of properly preventing the generation of rattling noise during a steady-state operation of an internal combustion engine.
The hybrid drive device includes: a connection member I drive-connected to an internal combustion engine via a damper device DA; an output member drive-connected to a wheel; and a rotary electric machine provided on a power transmission path at a side closer to an output member than the damper device DA, wherein the internal combustion engine may be started by the torque of the rotary electric machine. The damper device DA includes a hysteresis torque reducing mechanism HV reducing hysteresis torque in response to a supply hydraulic pressure from a hydraulic supply circuit SC, wherein the supply hydraulic pressure from the hydraulic supply circuit SC after the completion of the start of the internal combustion engine is higher than that at the initiation of the start operation of the internal combustion engine.
