To reduce weight by shortening a shaft extending from a transfer to a front wheel side in a four-wheel drive type automobile having a hybrid driving device.
The hybrid driving device 7 is arranged at the rear end of an internal combustion engine. The hybrid driving device 7 has a long transmission case 20 in a longitudinal direction, a hybrid mechanism arranged inside thereof and the transfer 22. In the hybrid mechanism 21, a first electric motor 31, a planetary gear 32 for distributing power, a transmission 34 and a second electric motor 33 are arranged in this order from a front side. The transfer 22 is arranged between the first and second electric motors 31, 33. Since the transfer 22 can be arranged on a front side as compared with the case that it is arranged at the rear side of the second electric motor 33, the length of the front wheel driving shaft 10 can be shortened by that length.
