To provide a hybrid driving device with superior mountability to an FF vehicle and capability of setting a plurality of driving modes.
This hybrid driving device comprises a first planetary gear mechanism 4 connected to an internal combustion engine 1, a generator 2 and an output member 6, a second planetary gear mechanism 5 connected to a motor 3 and the output member, a brake mechanism, and a clutch mechanism C. The first planetary gear mechanism 4 is constituted by a double pinion type planetary gear mechanism, and the second planetary gear mechanism 5 is constituted by a single pinion type planetary gear mechanism. The respective planetary gear mechanism 4, 5, the generator 2, and the motor 3 are arranged on the same axial line as the internal combustion engine 1 in the order of the motor 3, the second planetary gear mechanism 5, the first planetary gear mechanism 4, and the generator 2 from the internal combustion engine 1.
