To provide a hybrid driving device capable of securing hydraulic feeding to a friction fastening element even during halts of an engine while cutting costs and improving a layout.
This hybrid driving device includes a differential gear in which the engine, a first motor, a second motor, and an output member are connected, the friction fastening element provided in the differential gear, in which fastening/release is controlled by a control hydraulic pressure from a hydraulic control device according to a selected travelling mode, and oil pumps provided as the hydraulic source of the hydraulic control device. As the oil pumps, a first oil pump OP1 driven by the engine and a second oil pump OP2 driven by one of the first and second motors are provided. A hydraulic source control means rotating and driving the second oil pump OP2 by the motor during halts of the engine is provided.
