To provide a hybrid driving device having engine and electric motor constituted to transmit power to a continuously variable transmission and requiring no exclusive clutch in addition to a forward/backward switching device when interrupting a power transmission path between the engine and the electric motor.
In this hybrid driving device, power outputted from the engine 2 and the electric motor 10 is transmitted to the continuously variable transmission 8, and the forward/backward switching device 7 for switching a rotating direction of an input member 47 of the continuously variable transmission 8 to a normal/reverse direction is provided. The forward/backward switching device 7 has a forward clutch 58 for controlling transmission torque between rotating members 21 and 52 with each other constituting the power transmission path. In the power transmission path from the engine 2 to the continuously variable transmission 8, the forward clutch 58 is arranged on a downstream side of a power transmitting direction of the engine 2. In the power transmission path, the electric motor 10 is arranged on a downstream side of the forward clutch 58.
