Abstract:
To provide a hybrid system in which carbon monoxide produced in a reformer is supplied to an engine in an optimal manner.SOLUTION: A hybrid system equipped with an engine 1 fueled by natural gas and a motor 50 driven by electric power as a power source comprises a turbocharger 14 installed in the engine, a reformer 54 that reforms natural gas to produce hydrogen and carbon monoxide, and a gas passage 58 that sends carbon monoxide produced by the reformer to an intake passage 3 upstream of the turbocharger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
