A hybrid transmission front part 1a is made to be a unit including a first planetary gear set G1 and a forth planetary gear set G4 in a front case 11a, parallel shaft gear sets G4, 13, 14, 15, 16 and a first output shaft Out1, an input element clutch Cin, and a first motor/generator MG1. A hybrid transmission rear part 1b is made to a unit including a second planetary gear set Gs and a third planetary gear set G3 in a rear case 11b, a second output shaft Out2, a second motor/generator MG2, a low brake L/B, and a high clutch H/C. These front part 1a and the rear part 1b are separably united by a hollow center shaft 19 uniting a first carrier C1 and a third sun gear S3, and an input shaft 12 positioned in the hollow center shaft and uniting a forth ring gear R4 and a second ring gear R2.
