Abstract:

To provide a hybrid type fork lift having excellent energy efficiency while realizing taking out of large power.

When an engine 1 is operated, power of the engine 1 is output to a first output shaft 1a and a second output shaft 1b respectively, the power of the engine 1 output to the first output shaft 1a is mechanically transmitted to traveling load 4 through a torque converter 2 and a transmission 3 and the traveling load 4 is driven. Further, a generator 5 generates power by the power of the engine 1 output to the second output shaft 1b and a battery 7 is charged. Cargo handling load 10 is driven by feeding the power accumulated in the battery 7 to a cargo handling motor 9 to operate the cargo handling motor 9.
