Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform assembly work easily and securely while suppressing an increase of a dimension in the axial direction of an automatic transmission when a motor generator and a torque converter are mutually connected through a drive plate. SOLUTION: This automatic transmission is provided with the motor generator 3 arranged between an engine 1 and the automatic transmission, the torque converter 5 stored in the automatic transmission, and the drive plate 8 connecting the torque converter 5 with a rotor 4 of the motor generator 3. When a casing 20 of the automatic transmission is connected with the motor generator 3, the drive plate 8 is tightened on a front case 6 of the torque converter 5 in advance and then is spline-connected with the rotor 4.
