Abstract:

To enable a mechanically-driven hydraulic pump to be driven by an auxiliary electric motor at the stopping of a vehicle and the like, and to prevent the difference of the torque of the vehicle when a driving mode is switched.

The hydraulic pump which is connected to the rotating shaft of a traveling motor generator is mechanically driven when the vehicle travels even when motor-traveling with an engine stopped. The auxiliary electric motor is provided to secure hydraulic pressure when the vehicle stops or travels at a low speed. A pump driving changeover mechanism comprising two one-way clutches makes the pump driven by the one that has relatively higher revolutions. When the pump driving is changed over after a rise in the revolution of the traveling motor generator from a driving state by the auxiliary electric motor, the changeover is detected from the change of the motor current Iopm of the auxiliary electric motor. A higher torque command value is of the traveling motor generator is given by the amount of the motor torque Topm so that the occurrence of the difference of the torque can be prevented.
