Abstract:
To provide a control apparatus of a hybrid vehicle that includes a clutch between an engine and a motor, the apparatus capable of securing responsiveness to acceleration while preventing an instruction value of system axial torque at an engine start from exceeding a total value of maximum torque of the motor and engine torque.SOLUTION: An increase rate β of an instruction value Tsyscm of system axial torque Tsys set for a period from a cranking completion time in a start transition period of an engine 12 until complete engagement of a clutch K0 is set so that the instruction value Tsyscm at a time when the clutch K0 is completely engaged becomes equal to or lower than a total value of engine torque Te and maximum MG torque Tmmax of a motor MG, thus preventing, in the aforementioned period, the instruction value Tsyscm of the system axial torque Tsys from exceeding the total value of the engine torque Te and the maximum MG torque Tmmax of the motor MG.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
