Abstract:
To enable appropriate fault diagnosis based on the determination result of the misfire of an engine mounted on a hybrid vehicle even when a heavy component ratio in fuel is increased.SOLUTION: In a case where there is set a heavy component ratio increase flag which is set when it is determined that a heavy component ratio in fuel is increased in processing for determining the increase of the heavy component ratio in the fuel (S210: YES), and in a case where an elapsed period after refueling is equal to or longer than a period α required for the increase of the heavy component ratio (S230: YES), there is set a value (T1) (S220) greater than a value (T2) in a case other than such cases (S230: NO), as the value of pressing torque applied by an MG1 to an engine during idling operation as the rotational resistance of the engine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
